How We Help — Love is Forever

• Linda and Steven have probably already learned most of the rules applicable to governmental benefits for a disabled child, but Jennifer will need to learn them too. There may be a few rules that they haven’t heard about, so some teaching will be in order.
• We will also want to connect them to resources for making sure Ryan’s circle of support is resilient in the event of Linda or Steven’s passing.
• From an estate planning perspective, Linda’s and Steven’s available resources will direct our recommendations for how to provide for Ryan’s needs beyond what are provided through government programs. Regardless of the preferred tool, we can create the appropriate structure to help Linda and Steven maximize Ryan’s life while providing for their own.
